Analog Excavations and Digital Innovations at Giza In an illustrated lecture, Harvard University’s Giza Project Director Peter Der Manuelian will summarize some of the great discoveries, archaeological significance, and fascinating personalities behind the American expedition to the tombs and temples surrounding the famous Giza Pyramids. He will present new 3D visualization technologies for bringing old digs back to life, both for international collaborative research and for teaching.
